- 1/4 cupof egg yolks
- 1 cupof whipping cream
- 1/2 cupof sugar
- 1/6 cupof water
- 1/2 cupof chocolate
Take a bowl and whisk together egg yolks and whipping cream. In order to prepare sugar syrup, mix sugar and water into a small pan and heat it until 100 degrees. Quickly add it to the mixture with egg yolks. Blend the mixture until the volume increases several times.
Take another bowl and melt chocolate there. Mix it with egg yolk mixture.
Then, whip the cream with blender and mix it with chocolate mixture. Place the mousse into a fridge. Have a nice meal!
