  • 2 cupsof milk
  • 3/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/4 cupof dextrose
  • 1/4 cupof glycerin
  • 1/2 cupof Procrema 100 cold
  • 3/4 cupof organic sosa dark chocolate Sao Tome 66%


  1. Heat the milk. Then, add dark chocolate, sugar and Procrema 100 cold. Mix little by little pouring into the chocolate. Blend the mixture with an immersion mixer until dissolved. Put it into the fridge. Then, process it with ice making machine. Let it freeze. At the end pour it with melted dark and white chocolate. Enjoy!
