- 1/4 cupof 70% cocoa dark chocolate
- 1/4 cupof butter
- 1/4 cupof sugar
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1/4 cupof all-purpose flour
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/20 cupof baking powder
- 1/7 cupof cocoa powder
Take a bowl and add the chocolate, 50 g of butter and 50 g of sugar and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add one egg and mix well.
Take a new bowl and add 50 g of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones.
Grease your mold with butter, sprinkle with a little bit of cocoa powder and add the mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 170 degrees C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
