Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupof 70% cocoa dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cupof butter
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/4 cupof all-purpose flour
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof baking powder
  • 1/7 cupof cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add the chocolate, 50 g of butter and 50 g of sugar and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.

  2. Add one egg and mix well.

  3. Take a new bowl and add 50 g of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and mix well.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones.

  5. Grease your mold with butter, sprinkle with a little bit of cocoa powder and add the mixture.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

  7. Bake at 170 degrees C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
