- 1 cupof dark chocolate
- 3/4 cupof white chocolate
- 1 cupof strawberries
Chop the chocolate in small pieces. Transfer the chocolate to a bowl. Put it in a microwave for about 30 seconds to melt. Mix it very well to melt all little pieces of chocolate. Use the same technique to melt 150 grams of white chocolate.
Raise the leaf of the strawberry and pinch with a stick to help you to cover the strawberry with the chocolate. Cover all the strawberries with the dark chocolate and put each one in a tray covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate them for about 20 minutes. Put the white chocolate in a pastry bag and make lines over the strawberries.
