Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cupof oil
  • 2 cupsof brown sugar
  • 3/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof yogurt
  • 1 cupof coffee
  • 1/2 cupof cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cupof flour
  • 1/10 cupof baking powder
  • 1/10 cupof bicarbonate
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla sat
  • 1 cupof whipping cream
  • 2 cupsof dark chocolate
  • 1 cupof icing sugar
  • 1 cupof unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Firstly, sieve all dry ingredients. Take a blender glass and mix there butter, brown sugar and oil. Blend it. Now, add the eggs and yogurt and half of dry ingredients. Mix it. Then, add another half of dry ingredients.

  2. Put the mixture into a pan and bake it at 380 degrees from 45 to 60 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, the cake is cooling, you need to make ganache. Put the cream in a pan. Add the chocolate. Put ganache into mixer glass and add there some sugar. Blend it.

  4. When the cake is completely cook, divide it in layers of the same size. Pour the ganache between the layers. Cover all the cake with ganache. Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours.
