Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 cupsof chocolate
  • 1 cupof butter
  • 1/2 cupof corn flour
  • 1/2 cupof unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 3/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof ice-cream

Instructions

  1. First mix chocolate with butter and make them melt on a water bath. Let it cold a little bit. Take another bowl and mix sugar with eggs and whisk them. It will make brownies fluffy. Next, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and salt to the eggs with sugar.

  2. Then, little by little add eggs with sugar to the bowl with chocolate. Whisk together corn flour and cocoa. Just give a little whisk and add that to chocolate mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Make sure that all flour combined with melted chocolate.

  3. Pour the mixture into the baking pan covered with parchment. Spread it around the pan and when it is even, put it into the pan. You need 180 degrees and 20-25 minutes. When it is baked, you may cut a slice and serve it with the ice-cream. Enjoy this delicious desert.
