- 6 cupsof chicken breasts
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1/5 cupof garlic
- 1/10 cupof black pepper
- 1/5 cupof salt
- 1 cupof chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
To prepare the marenade, take a big bowl and add one can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Next, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Peel the garlic skin off and chop six cloves. Then, mince them up into little pieces. Add the garlic to a bowl. Add one teaspoon of black pepper and two teaspoons of salt. Mix all the ingredients.
Place six chicken breasts in an oven pan. Dump the marinade all over the chicken breasts. Leave them for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes is up, fire up a pan, put a little bit of olive oil and fry the chicken. Make sure the pan is hot. After the five minutes you need to flip the chicken and fry for another 5 minutes.
