- 2 cupsof white fish
- 1/4 cupof ginger
- 1/8 cupof rice wine
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/8 cupof vegetable oil
- 1/4 cupof red onions
- 1/4 cupof mushrooms
- 1 cupof Chinese sausages
- 1/2 cupof spring onion (sliced into -5cm long)
- 1/6 cupof red chili
- 1/4 cupof light soy sauce
Take a fish and using a sharp knife make long diagonal cuts from its both sides. Rinse well inside and out under cold running water and set aside to dry.
Arrange the fish to an oven pan. Put slices of ginger into the cuts of both sides. Add rice wine and sprinkle a little bit with salt. Steam it for around 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, you need to make the sauce for the fish. In a heated pan, add vegetable oil, red onions, mushrooms, Chinese sausages and
Stir fry for 3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat. After that, add red chilli and spring onions.
Pour the sauce over the fish before adding the soy sauce. Garnish the fish with chopped spring onion and red chili to serve immediately with steamed rice. Enjoy!
