- 2 cupsof minced pork
- 1 cupof dried Chinese mushroom
- 3/4 cupof minced prawn
- 1/8 cupof white pepper
- 1/8 cupof sweet wine
- 1/8 cupof sesame oil
- 1/8 cupof chicken granules
- 1/8 cupof oyster sauce
- 1/8 cupof corn flour
- 1/9 cupof salt
- 1 cupof wonton pastry
- 1/5 cupof chopped carrot
- 1/7 cupof green beans
Take a medium-size bowl and add your minced prawns, Chinese mushrooms and minced pork.
Next, add a little bit of white pepper, sweet wine and sesame oil.
Add the chicken granules and oyster sauce.
Add the salt and corn flour and mix well.
Oil the bottom of a bamboo steamer.
take your wrapper and place 3 tsp of the filling in the center of each.
Gather all the corners, press and wrap firmly.
Top with a few pieces of cut carrot and green beans.
Pour enough water into the wok and steam the dumplings for about 12 minutes.
