- 2 cupsof shrimps
- 1/4 cupof green onion
- 1/7 cupof chicken granules
- 1/8 cupof sesame oil
- 1/8 cupof oyster sauce
- 1/8 cupof white pepper
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/8 cupof corn flour
- 2 cupsof tuj spring roll pastry
- 3 cupsof frying oil
Peel your shrimps and cut them.
Add them to a bowl.
Cut in a little bit of green onion.
Add one tablespoon of chicken granules, sesame oil, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt and corn flour and mix well.
Cut your spring roll pastry into square pieces.
Put your filling inside each piece and tie them with green onion strips.
Fry them in the frying oil until ready.
