  • 4 cupsof chicken
  • 1/4 cupof spices
  • 1/2 cupof onions
  • 1/6 cupof garlic
  • 1/8 cupof ginger
  • 1 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/8 cupof onion juice
  • 1/10 cupof garlic juice
  • 1/6 cupof ginger juice
  • 1/2 cupof scallion
  • 1/2 cupof cilantro


  1. Take a big bowl and fill it with water. Put there the chicken. Put there spices and onion. Also, put there garlic and ginger. Add a little bit of salt and boil it for about an hour.

  2. Now, make some gluten free sauce. Mix soy sauce with onion juice. Also, add garlic juice and ginger as well. Next, cut the scallion and cilantro. Put it into the soy sauce mixture.

  3. Take the chicken from the water. Put the broth into a bowl, cut there some cilantro and a little bit of lime juice.

  4. Cut the chicken, put it on the plate and pour it with scallion, ginger, cilantro sauce. Have a nice meal!
