Chili Con Carne

  • 2 cupsof Minced beef
  • 1/4 cupof Olive oil
  • 1/5 cupof Mushroom
  • 1/5 cupof Carrots
  • 1/5 cupof Onions
  • 1/10 cupof Garlic
  • 1/8 cupof Stock cube


  1. Finely dice the onions. Add olive oil to the pan. Add onions to it and cook until brown. Add minced beef and break any lumps.

  2. Finely dice mushrooms and carrots. Add them to the pan and stir thoroughly. Put in garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.

  3. Add stock cube to boiling water. Add the stock to the pan. Put in some tomato puree. Add thyme and a few pinches of pepper. Bring it to boil. Add a can of lentils. Cook for a few minutes and let it cool.
