Chicken with Masala

Ingredients

  • 1/7 cupof paprika
  • 1/7 cupof turmeric powder
  • 1/7 cupof chili powder
  • 1/7 cupof fenugreek
  • 1/7 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof coriander seeds
  • 1/7 cupof cumin seeds
  • 1/7 cupof whole black pepper
  • 1/7 cupof garlic
  • 1/2 cupof lime
  • 3/4 cupof yogurt
  • 1/7 cupof ginger
  • 1/5 cupof green cardamoms
  • 7 cupsof chicken

Instructions

  1. Take a frying pan and put it on heat.

  2. Add the cumin seeds, whole black pepper and coriander seeds.

  3. Leave them for a few minutes.

  4. Next, crush these ingredients.

  5. Add the mixture to a bowl and add the ground spices, ginger, garlic and yogurt and mix well.

  6. Take your chicken, put it in a baking pan and cut it a little bit in the thickest part.

  7. Chop your lime and rub the chicken where you have cut it.

  8. Add the mixture and cover all the chicken pieces.

  9. Add the lime pieces.

  10. Cover your chicken and put in a fridge for 4 to 24 hours.

  11. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
