Chicken Soup with Small Noodles and Vegetables

  • 10 cupsof chicken
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1 cupof celery
  • 1/2 cupof leek
  • 1/2 cupof carrots
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1 cupof noodles


  1. Take your chicken and burn it all over the surface.

  2. Take a big pot, put it on heat and add some salt and pepper. Add your chicken. Next, add one peeled onion, celery, leek, carrot and garlic. While cooking, remove the foam that forms. When the water is boiling, cover the pot, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 1 hour.

  3. Separate vegetables, chicken and strain the broth. Separate the chicken meat.

  4. Take a pot and heat a portion of your broth. Add some noodles (about 40 grams per person). Boil them for about 8 minutes. Then, add some cut chicken pieces.

  5. Cut the cooked vegetables and add them to another pan. Add some broth and leave for a while.

  6. Take a plate and add your chicken-noodles broth and vegetables. Season to your taste. Enjoy!
