Chicken SOPAS

  • 2 cupsof chicken
  • 2 cupsof cabbage
  • 1 cupof hotdogs
  • 1 cupof diced carrots
  • 1/2 cupof diced green beans
  • 1/2 cupof diced garlic and onion
  • 1 cupof milk
  • 4 cupsof chicken broth
  • 1/2 cupof elbow macaroni


  1. Boil the chicken and do not forget to remove the scrum. Cut the cabbage into strips. Take the hotdogs and cut into diagonal pieces. Dice some carrots and green beans. Dice the garlic and onions.

  2. Set aside carcass and broth. Pull meat from bones. Saute garlic and onions. Add shredded chicken there. Then, add elbow macaroni and fish sauce. Add chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes. Add carrots and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Add cabbage and hotdogs. Pour some milk. Let it simmer and serve it hot.
