Chicken Osso Buco

  • 2 cupsof carrot
  • 3 cupsof chicken breasts
  • 1 cupof crashed tomatoes
  • 1/10 cupof minced garlic
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof black pepper
  • 1/10 cupof olive oil
  • 2 cupsof dry white wine


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lay several carrots in a cast iron baking pan. Cut off the ends, but do not worry about peeling. Layer split chicken breasts on top.

  2. Cover the chicken with a can of crushed tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with minced garlic. Add salt and season it with pepper and olive oil. After that, add 2 cups of white wine. Cover the pan and bake it for two hours. Have a nice meal!
