Chicken Necks Braised

  • 5 cupsof chicken necks
  • 1/30 cupof bay leaves
  • 1/20 cupof anestar
  • 1/15 cupof jeera powder
  • 1/15 cupof dhania powder
  • 1/7 cupof ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/15 cupof jeera seeds
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1/2 cupof cooking oil
  • 1/30 cupof curry leaves
  • 1/2 cupof onion
  • 1/5 cupof curry powder


  1. Add 1 kg of chicken to a bowl. Next, add three bay leaves, one teaspoon of jeera seeds, 3 anestar, one teaspoon of dhania powder, one teaspoon of jeera powder, two and a half teaspoons of curry powder, two teaspoons of ginger and garlic paste, one teaspoon of salt, half a cup of cooking oil, two curry leaves, and 1/2 of chopped onion. Mix all the ingredients nicely and leave for half an hour to marinate. Add the ingredients to a pot and cook on a medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
