Chicken, mushrooms, and bechamel

  • 2 cupsof chanterelles
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof parsley
  • 3 cupsof chicken breasts
  • 3 cupsof flour
  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/10 cupof nutmeg


  1. Peel the onion and chop it. Fry it in a pan. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Chop the parsley and mix the chicken with it. Put the chicken into a pan with the onion. Cut the chanterelles and put them into a pan, as well. Continue frying and stirring all the ingredients until the chicken is ready.

  2. Take another pan and fill it with flour. Cut the butter into medium pieces and add it to a pan. Add a glass of warm milk. Stir all the ingredients. When the sauce becomes viscous, grate the nutmeg, stir a little, and turn it off. Finally, put the chicken on a plate and cover it with sauce.
