Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof scallions
  • 1/2 cupof white onion
  • 1/3 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cupof green bell pepper
  • 1/3 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1/7 cupof garlic
  • 2 cupsof vegetable mix (carrots, green beans, sweet corn)
  • 2 cupsof diced chicken
  • 3 cupsof cooked rice
  • 1/8 cupof oil
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/15 cupof chicken seasoning
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Take a frying pan, add the oil, garlic, onion and scallions add stir well.

  2. Next, add the chicken.

  3. Sprinkle with a little bit of pepper and chicken seasoning.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Add the bell peppers and stir. Cook for a while.

  6. Add a pinch of soy sauce.

  7. Next, add the rice and stir well.

  8. Finally, add the vegetable mix. Stir well.

  9. Cook for a while until ready. Enjoy!
