Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cupof diced onion
  • 1 cupof russet potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 cupsof chicken broth
  • 3 cupsof milk
  • 1 1/2 cupof frozen corn kernels
  • 1/10 cupof dried parsley flakes
  • 1/10 cupof dried thyme
  • 1 cupof green chilies
  • 2 cupsof cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/10 cupof salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a large pot and pour there milk. Then, add chicken broth and frozen corn. Then, add chicken and potatoes. Then, add diced onion, bacon, chilies and other remaining ingredients. Bring the soup to boil. Let simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
