Chicken Chili

  • 1 1/2 cupsof chicken
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof mild chili seasoning
  • 1/4 cupof cheddar cheese
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 3 cupsof beans
  • 3/4 cupof tomato paste
  • 2 cupsof chicken broth


  1. Cut your garlic and add it to the pot. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and dice it. Add it to the pot, as well. Open the cans with beans and run the water through, until it is transparent. Next, add beans, tomato paste and chicken broth to the pot. If it is not enough for you, you may add some water.

  2. At this point, add mild chili seasoning and cook it for an hour. Serve the soup into the bowl and garnish it with Cheddar cheese and white onion. Enjoy!
