Chicken Bread

  • 2 1/2 cupsof chicken
  • 2 cupsof chopped onions
  • 1/4 cupof eggs
  • 3/4 cupof oil
  • 3 cupsof milk
  • 1 cupof plain flour
  • 2 cupsof chopped green chili
  • 1/5 cupof red chili paste
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof black pepper powder
  • 1/20 cupof sesame seeds


  1. Add oil in a pan and put it on fire. Add the onions and cook them until they are transparent. Now, when they are transparent, add some flour. Keep stirring. Add some salt, green chili, black pepper and red chili paste and keep stirring. Add the milk little by little and keep stirring. Add the shredded chicken and mix it well. When it is done, let it cool.

  2. Make balls of your dough. Flatten them in oval shape. Add filling in the center. Use your cutter or knife to make side slits. Now fold the strips one by one. Glace the chicken bread with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and bake your chicken bread for 20 minutes. Next, bake it at 480 degrees for 5 more minutes.
