Chicken and String Beans

  • 2 cupsof strung beans
  • 1/8 cupof onion
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/8 cupof ginger
  • 1 cupof chicken breast
  • 1/8 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof sesame oil
  • 1/10 cupof red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 1/20 cupof cornstarch
  • 1/20 cupof sugar


  1. Preheat the oven and put there strung beans. Meanwhile, cut the garlic, ginger, and onion in slices. Dice chicken breast.

  2. When the strung beans are cooked, take them off the pan. Add a little bit more oil to the pot and put there onions and ginger. While it is cooking, you can make a sauce. In order to prepare this, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. Do not forget to check inion with ginger. Add chicken breast to the pan together with garlic. Pour your sauce on top. Next, add red wine vinegar, cooked strung beans.

  3. The dish is ready. Put some sesame oil on top and enjoy the meal!
