  • 3 cupsof chicken
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof lime juice
  • 1/10 cupof olive oil
  • 1/5 cupof oregano
  • 1 cupof flavor


  1. Firstly, you combine garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, olive oil and oregano in a blender and blend it.

  2. Then, you chop a whole chicken, including bones, rinse it, drain and pour it with mixed sauce.

  3. After the chicken is marinated for at least an hour, put the chicken in a plastic bag, add flavor and shake it to cover all pieces.

  4. Meanwhile, bring vegetable oil to 400 degrees. Then, add the chicken piece by piece. Cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Then, transfer it to a dish covered with a paper towels.
