Chia Seeds Pudding for Kids and Adults

Ingredients

  • For Adults
  • 1/4 cupof chia seeds
  • 2 cupsof almond milk
  • 1/10 cupof ginger
  • 1/40 cupof stevia
  • 1/10 cupof nutmeg
  • 1/8 cupof coconut
  • 1/3 cupof banana
  • 1/5 cupof goji berries
  • 1/10 cupof flax seeds
  • For Kids
  • 1 cupof walnuts
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla bean
  • 1/10 cupof date
  • 1/2 cupof almond milk
  • 1/10 cupof strawberries

Instructions

  1. For adults: add the chia seeds and 2 cups of almond milk to your blender and blend for a few seconds on high.

  2. Next, add a little bit of nutmeg, ginger, stevia, banana, and coconut and blend a little bit.

  3. Pour the liquid into a plate and top with banana, goji berries, flax seeds, and coconut.

  4. For kids: add 1 cup of walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla bean, date, and 1/2 cup of almond milk and blend for a while.

  5. Take a bowl and transfer the mixture.

  6. Top with fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
