Chia Seeds Pudding and Walnut Porridge

  • 1/4 cupof chia seeds
  • 2 1/2 cupsof almond milk
  • 1/30 cupof ginger
  • 1/30 cupof nutmeg
  • 1/40 cupof stevia
  • 1/5 cupof coconut
  • 1/5 cupof banana
  • 1/5 cupof goji berries
  • 1 cupof walnuts
  • 1/20 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/30 cupof vanilla bean seeds
  • 1/20 cupof date
  • 1/10 cupof strawberries


  1. To make the chia seeds pudding, take a blender and blend 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 2 cups of almond milk for a few seconds.

  2. Next, add some nutmeg, ginger and a few drops of stevia. Then, add a pinch of coconut.

  3. Blend the ingredients for a few more seconds. Pour the mixture into your plate.

  4. Top your pudding with goji berries, cut banana, a little bit of coconut and a little bit of flax seeds.

  5. To make the walnut porridge, take a blender and add a cup of walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla bean seeds, one date with the pip removed, and 1/2 cup of almond milk.

  6. Blend the ingredients for a while. Pour the mixture into a plate and cover with one sliced strawberry.
