- 2 cupsof almond milk
- 3 cupsof chia seeds
- 1/6 cupof maple syrup
- 1/8 cupof vanilla extract
- 1/8 cupof cacao
- 1/2 cupof muesli
- 1/8 cupof sliced bananas
- 1/2 cupof strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 1/2 cupof almond butter
- 1/8 cupof shredded coconut
In order to make a base for chia seed parfaits, mix together chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup. Whip them until smooth. Chia seed base is ready.
Take two smaller balls and separate the mixture into them. One bowl will be for vanilla and another one for chocolate parfaits. In order to make a vanilla parfait, just add vanilla extract into the mixture. While making chocolate parfait, simply add powdered cacao.
Cover the bowl with food film and put them into fridge to chill.
When it is a little bit frozen, you can start to make the parfait. To make a breakfast parfait, take a vanilla chia seed, muesli, banana and cacao. It is important to have a proper layer technique. Firstly should come chia seed base and after that muesli. Put bananas on top and sprinkle it with cacao.
For the second option, take a berries whatever you like (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) and vanilla chia seed base. Put chia seed base first and then berries.
To prepare a delicious dessert, take chocolate chia seed base, almond butter, and shredded coconut. Put the layer of chia seed base first. Put coconut on top of dessert.
