- 2 cupsof grated cheese (monterey jack and sharp cheddar)
- 1/5 cupof avocado oil
- 1/7 cupof melted butter
- 1/7 cupof chopped parsley
- 1/7 cupof chopped garlic
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/2 cupof chopped green onions
- 3 cupsof unsliced mini loaves
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients.
Cut the top part of the bread in a diagonal to form diamonds or criss-crossed to form squares.
Gently stuff the cheese mixture into the bread between slices.
You can individually wrap them in foil or place them in a baking pan.
When using a pan, cover it with foil.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover the top.
Bake or broil for a few more minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the top is crispy.
