Cheesy Onion Bread

  • 2 cupsof grated cheese (monterey jack and sharp cheddar)
  • 1/5 cupof avocado oil
  • 1/7 cupof melted butter
  • 1/7 cupof chopped parsley
  • 1/7 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/2 cupof chopped green onions
  • 3 cupsof unsliced mini loaves


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients.

  3. Cut the top part of the bread in a diagonal to form diamonds or criss-crossed to form squares.

  4. Gently stuff the cheese mixture into the bread between slices.

  5. You can individually wrap them in foil or place them in a baking pan.

  6. When using a pan, cover it with foil.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes.

  8. Uncover the top.

  9. Bake or broil for a few more minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the top is crispy.
