  • 4 cupsof fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cupof fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 cupof powdered sugar
  • 3 cupsof cream cheese
  • 1/2 cupof strawberries
  • 7 cupsof ladyfinger biscuit
  • 1 1/4 cupsof heavy cream


  1. Take a bowl and add the raspberries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and mix the ingredients.

  3. Take a new bowl and add the cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream, 1/20 cup of vanilla, and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and mix well.

  4. Peel and slice the strawberries.

  5. Take a springform pan and form the cake using ladyfinger biscuits.

  6. Next, spread the raspberry mixture inside the cake.

  7. Add the cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.

  8. Next add a new layer of raspberry mixture, cream cheese mixture, biscuits, strawberry slices.

  9. Finally, add a new layer of cream cheese mixture and strawberry slices.

  10. Refrigerate you cake for about 2 to 5 hours.
