- 4 cupsof fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cupof fresh orange juice
- 3/4 cupof powdered sugar
- 3 cupsof cream cheese
- 1/2 cupof strawberries
- 7 cupsof ladyfinger biscuit
- 1 1/4 cupsof heavy cream
Take a bowl and add the raspberries and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and mix the ingredients.
Take a new bowl and add the cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream, 1/20 cup of vanilla, and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and mix well.
Peel and slice the strawberries.
Take a springform pan and form the cake using ladyfinger biscuits.
Next, spread the raspberry mixture inside the cake.
Add the cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.
Next add a new layer of raspberry mixture, cream cheese mixture, biscuits, strawberry slices.
Finally, add a new layer of cream cheese mixture and strawberry slices.
Refrigerate you cake for about 2 to 5 hours.
