Ingredients

  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 9 cupsof flour
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof instant yeast
  • 5 cupsof lukewarm water
  • 3/4 cupof oil
  • 1 1/2 cupof eggs

Instructions

  1. Take a large plastic bowl and sift 9 cups of flour.

  2. Add 3 teaspoons of salt, 1 cup of sugar and 2 packets of instant yeast.

  3. Mix the ingredients will with a wooden spoon.

  4. Take a separate bowl and add 3 eggs (beaten lightly), 3/4 cup of oil and 5 cups of lukewarm water. Stir together and pour into the flour mixture.

  5. Stir until it is sticky and use your hands to mix the dough.

  6. Place the dough in a bowl and drizzle with a little bit of oil.

  7. Cover it and leave to rise in a warm place.

  8. Divide your dough into two portions.

  9. Next, divide each portion into three.

  10. Roll into the sausages and put in a tray.

  11. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
