- 1 cupof sugar
- 9 cupsof flour
- 1/7 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof instant yeast
- 5 cupsof lukewarm water
- 3/4 cupof oil
- 1 1/2 cupof eggs
Take a large plastic bowl and sift 9 cups of flour.
Add 3 teaspoons of salt, 1 cup of sugar and 2 packets of instant yeast.
Mix the ingredients will with a wooden spoon.
Take a separate bowl and add 3 eggs (beaten lightly), 3/4 cup of oil and 5 cups of lukewarm water. Stir together and pour into the flour mixture.
Stir until it is sticky and use your hands to mix the dough.
Place the dough in a bowl and drizzle with a little bit of oil.
Cover it and leave to rise in a warm place.
Divide your dough into two portions.
Next, divide each portion into three.
Roll into the sausages and put in a tray.
Brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
