Ingredients

  • 1 cupof grated carrot
  • 1 cupof plain flour
  • 1 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/10 cupof cinnamon
  • 1/20 cupof baking soda
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupof sugar

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and add your flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and combine all the ingredients.

  2. Next, add your sugar and eggs and mix well.

  3. Add the oil and mix well again.

  4. Finally, add the carrot and mix well.

  5. Take a baking pan and grease it with a little bit of oil.

  6. Preheat your oven to 80 degrees.

  7. Add the mixture to your pan.

  8. Bake it until ready.
