  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 1/8 cupof water
  • 1/8 cupof batter
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof cooking soda


  1. Firstly, you need to make a caramel. Put some sugar into a pan and a little of water. Sugar should just be a little bit wet and look like wet sand. When it is all mixed, turn your medium-high heat on. Add butter into the sugar and salt that will enhance the caramel sweetness. Leave it to boil and take right consistency and color. When it is ready, take it off the heat and add cooking soda. The caramel will rise.

  2. Next, spray a big bowl with some vegetable spray. When your popcorn is popped, put it with your hands into a big bowl. Put the caramel into popcorn and work quickly to mix it well. The caramel should cover the popcorn. Put in on a tray to cool off. If you want, you can add some almonds and peanuts. The awesome snack is ready!
