- 2 cupsof tomatoes
- 2 1/4 cupof buffalo mozzarella
- 1/2 cupof fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cupof black olives
- 1/7 cupof extra virgin olive oil
- 1/10 cupof freshly ground black pepper
- 1/10 cupof sea salt
Firstly, slice two large tomatoes and mozzarella. Cut the tomato slices into two.
Next, put your tomato slices, basil leaves and mozzarella slices on a plate one by one.
Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and add some fresh ground black pepper and salt.
Lastly, top with olives.
