Caprese Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof tomatoes
  • 2 1/4 cupof buffalo mozzarella
  • 1/2 cupof fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cupof black olives
  • 1/7 cupof extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/10 cupof sea salt

Instructions

  1. Firstly, slice two large tomatoes and mozzarella. Cut the tomato slices into two.

  2. Next, put your tomato slices, basil leaves and mozzarella slices on a plate one by one.

  3. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and add some fresh ground black pepper and salt.

  4. Lastly, top with olives.
