Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof Klondike Medley Potatoes
  • 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupof green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupof diced onions
  • 2 cupsof sausage
  • 4 cupsof eggs
  • 1 cupof shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cupsof flour tortillas
  • 1/10 cupof Johnny's seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Take a frying pan and add the vegetable oil.

  2. Put your pan on heat.

  3. Next, add the diced onions and diced bell pepper.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Next, add the potatoes and stir well again.

  6. Add the salt.

  7. Now, turn off the heat and add the sausages and scrambled eggs and mix evenly.

  8. Spoon a little bit of your mixture in the center of your burritos and add a little bit of cheese.

  9. Roll them up and enjoy!
