Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof black beans
  • 1/5 cupof bullion cube
  • 1 cupof Creamof Buckwheat
  • 1 cupof oats
  • 1 cupof water
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 2 cupsof pinto beans
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof fennel seed
  • 1/5 cupof coconut oil

Instructions

  1. To prepare BuckBean Burgers, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the beans and bullion at medium heat. Next, blend the beans with your blender and stir in the buckwheat, oats and water. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes more. Then let the mixture cool for a while. Form your hamburgers, put them on a baking sheet and bake for around 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. To prepare BuckBean Sausage, Heat the beans and bullion at medium heat. Next, blend the beans with your blender and stir in the buckwheat, oats and water. Add some fennel seed and salt. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes more. Then let the mixture cool for a while. Form the sausage-size balls. Fry your sausages in the coconut oil on a frying pan.
