Bruschetta with poached eggs

  • 1 cupof sliced bread
  • 1/4 cupof cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupof Prosciutto
  • 1/6 cupof butter
  • 1/8 cupof chopped parsley


  1. Boil big amount of water in a pan. If you are going to make two eggs, you need two separate pans, each one for one egg. Add a little bit of salt to water. Carefully crack the eggs open and stir up the water. Be careful and do not break any of the eggs inside of the water. If you want soft-poached eggs, cook them for 3 to 4 minutes. Hard poached eggs need about 7 to 8 minutes.

  2. Roast the bread and put butter on top of it. Put Prosciutto on top of bread. When the eggs are ready, put them on top of prosciutto. Put halved tomatoes from the both sides. Season prosciutto with chopped parsley and black pepper. Have a nice meal!
