- 1/2 cupof unsalted butter
- 3/4 cupof sugar
- 1 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1/9 cupof vanilla extract
- 1/2 cupof cocoa powder
- 1/2 cupof flour
- 1/20 cupof espresso powder
- 1/20 cupof salt
- 1 cupof black chocolate
- 1 cupof white chocolate
Take a bowl and add 100 g of unsalted butter and 3/4 cup of sugar and mix well with mixer.
Add 3 eggs and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and mix well again.
Take a new bowl and add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of flour, 1/20 cup of espresso powder, 1/20 cup of salt and stir.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well with mixer.
Spread the mixture evenly over the baking pan covered with parchment paper.
Add two chocolate bars, crashed.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
