Broccoli cream soup recipe

  • 1/8 cupof stock cubes
  • 2 cupsof broccoli
  • 1/2 cupof cream
  • 2 cupsof water
  • 1/10 cupof garlic powder


  1. Break the broccoli into small pieces and put it in the pan. Put in the stock cubes and add some water. Put the pan on the stove and let it boil. Sprinkle some garlic powder on the top. Cover it with a lid and wait for 20 to 25 minutes.

  2. Take a hand blender and blend the boiled content of the pan. Take it out in a bowl and add some cream to it.
