- 2 cupsof broccoli
- 1/10 cupof sea salt
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 2 cupsof carrots
- 1/4 cupof red onions
- 1 cupof tomatoes
- 1/5 cupof lemon juice
- 1 cupof apples
- 1/7 cupof hemp seeds
- 1/7 cupof goji berries
- 1/7 cupof sunflower seeds
- 1/7 cupof raisins
Take a large mixing bowl and add your broccoli.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir the ingredients.
Take three medium size carrots and grate them. Add them to your bowl.
Next, chop 1/2 of red onion and one big tomato and add to your bowl as well.
Take a small bowl and add the lemon juice of one lemon and one chopped apple.
Add one tablespoon of goji berries, sunflower seeds, raisins and hemp seeds to your big bowl.
Next, add your lemon-apple mixture. Mix the ingredients well. Enjoy!
