  • 8 cupsof water
  • 1/6 cupof garlic
  • 1/8 cupof spices
  • 1 1/2 cupof brown sugar
  • 1 cupof salt
  • 3 cupsof beef


  1. Take a big bowl and fill it with water. Add smashed garlic, spices, sugar and salt. Put it on fire and bring to boil. Let it cool. Then, you need to take a plastic bag, put your beef there and pour it with mixture. Put it into fridge for 24 hours.

  2. After 24 hours, take a big pan, put there more garlic and spices. Put beef there and add half of pan of water. Bring it boil and them simmer for 3 hours. Enjoy!
