Breast Chicken Chinese Style

  • 2 cupsof breast chicken
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof white pepper
  • 1/10of starch
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof vinegar
  • 1/10 cupof sugar
  • 1/20 cupof minced ginger
  • 1/4 cupof chopped green onion
  • 1/20 cupof sesame oil


  1. Put the breast chicken on the plate and season it with salt and white pepper. Coat it with starch evenly from both sides. Put olive oil on heated pan and put there chicken. Fry it until golden brown.

  2. Then, you can make a sauce. Combine all the ingredients in medium sized bowl (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced ginger, chopped green onion, sesame oil).

  3. Put the chicken on the plate and put sauce mixture on top of chicken. Enjoy your meal!
