- 1/2 cupof flour
- 1 cupof egg
- 1/2 cupof bread crumbs
- 2 cupsof chicken fillet cut into long pieces
- 1/10 cupof cayenne
- 1/9 cupof salt
Season your dry ingredients.
Take your chicken and dip it into the flour.
Next drop it into your egg and finally dip into your bread crumbs.
Repeat the same procedure with all chicken pieces.
Pan-fry your chicken with olive oil.
When they are ready, add a little bit of salt.
