- 4 cupsof eggs
- 4 cupsof crusty bread rolls
- 1/5 cupof melted butter
- 1/7 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof pepper
- 1/4 cupof parsley
- 1/7 cupof thyme
- 1/7 cupof sliced red chili
- 1/7 cupof parmesan cheese
First, preheat your oven to 200 degrees C.
Slice off the top of each bread, scoop out the inside part, and leaves the sides of the roll intact.
Use your melted butter to brush the inside part of each roll.
Sprinkle your rolls with pepper, salt, parsley and thyme.
Crack your eggs and put the egg on each piece of bread.
Add some sliced chili and a small piece of parsley.
Bake your bread for about 10 minutes or until the eggs are ready.
Finally, sprinkle your bread with parmesan cheese.
