- 2 cupsof pork cheeks
- 1/10 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof chopped onion
- 1/4 cupof sliced carrot
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 1/4 cupof leek
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cuof pepper
- 1 cupof wine
- 1/10 cupof bay leaves
- 1/8 cupof tomato sauce
- 1 cupof water
- 1/4 cupof peas
- 1/3 cupof mushrooms
- 1 cupof potatoes
Put some olive oil into the pan and brown the cheeks.
Add the onion, carrot, garlic and leek into the pan.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Add a cup of wine and a few bay leaves.
Put fried tomato sauce and cover the mixture with water.
Saute onion and mushrooms.
When the onion is transparent, add peas.
Reduce the heat and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Peel some peas and mushrooms.
Season the mixture to your taste, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Fry potatoes with garlic.
When the potatoes are ready, season them.
When the sauce with pork has thickened, serve it.
Serve the meat together with French fries, peas and mushrooms.
