- 7 cupsof Betty Crocker food cake mix
- 1 cupof water
- 1/3 cupof vegetable oil
- 1/4 cupof bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1/10 cupof vanilla
- 3/4 cupof whipping cream
- 1 cupof baking chocolate
- 1 1/3 cupof butter
- 1/2 cupof coffee liqueur
- 1 3/4 cupsof marshmallow creme
- 1/20 cupof vanilla-flavored vodka
- 3 cupsof powdered sugar
Take a big bowl and mix Betty CrockerŽ food cake mix, eggs, water, bourbon whiskey, vanilla and oil. Bake the cupcakes for 20-22 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes and remove them from pans. Make them completely cool.
For filling, you combine hot creme, butter, chocolate and coffee liqueur. Stir it until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Cover the mixture and refrigerate about 1 hour or until spreading consistency.
For frosting, beat marshmallow creme, 1 cup of butter and the vanilla vodka. Beat in powdered sugar until fluffy.
Slice off the top of cupcakes, add chocolate filling and put the top back on. Pipe on frosting, drizzle with coffee liqueur. Enjoy!
