Blueberry Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof flour
  • 2 cupsof sugar
  • 1 cupof sour cream
  • 2 cupsof butter
  • 1 cupof fresh blueberries
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cupsof fresh eggs
  • 1/20 cupof baking powder
  • 1/40 cupof baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Use your non-sticking spray to cover the baking pan.

  3. Place 1/2 cup of butter to your kitchenaid and mix for 30 seconds.

  4. Measure 1 cup of sugar and add to your the mixing butter.

  5. Mix until fluffy.

  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

  7. Next, add the eggs, 1 egg every minute. Mix well.

  8. Take a bowl and add 1 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda and mix.

  9. Measure 1/2 cup of sour cream.

  10. Add the ingredients to the mixer and mix well.

  11. Add the blueberries to your mixer and stir gently.

  12. Take your pan and pour the mixture into it.

  13. Bake for about an hour or until ready. Enjoy!
