- 1 cupof unsalted cold butter
- 3/4 cupof castor sugar
- 1 1/2 cupof SR. flour
- 1/4 cupof egg
- 1/30 cupof vanilla
- 1/2 cupof flaked or silvered almonds
- 1 cupof frozen blueberries
Take a spring foam pan, put some baking paper in it and spray it. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Mix 225g of unsalted cold butter, castor sugar, SR. flour, one egg, vanilla and flaked or silvered almonds by hands. Take your spring foam pan and put a little bit of pastry on the bottom. Save some to put on top later. Put the blueberries in a spring foam pan and spread the pie with the rest of the pastry. Sprinkle the pie with almonds on top. Put it in an oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until it is golden.
