- 2 cupsof blueberries
- 1/7 cupof juice
- 1/7 cupof agave nectar
- 1/10 cupof cornstarch
- 1 cupof quick oats
- 1 cupof whole wheat flour
- 1/20 cupof baking soda
- 1/4 cupof ground flax seeds
- 1/10 cupof cinnamon
- 2/3 cupof brown sugar
- 1/2 cupof vegan butter
Add your blueberries, lemon juice and agave nectar to a pan.
Cook until the mixture comes to a boil.
Add the cornstarch and a little bit of water, boil again and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients and melted vegan butter. Mix well.
Press half of the mixture into a baking pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Next, spread the blueberry mixture over it and add another layer of your dry ingredients mixture and press gently.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
