Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof banana
  • 1/2 cupof blueberries
  • 1/10 cupof flaxseeds
  • 1/10 cupof chia seeds
  • 1 cupof water or coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients, cut them and put into blender. Pour some water or milk. Blend the mixture. Your smoothie is ready. Enjoy!
