- 1 cupof anchor bread crumbs
- 1/2 cupof heavy cream
- 1 cupof sausage casings
- 2 cupsof cut onions cooked in fat
- 2 cupsof cut apples cooked in fat
- 2 cupsof fat cubes
- 2 cupsof blood
- 1/7 cupof porcini powder
- 1/7 cupof nutmeg
- 1/8 cupof salt
- 1/8 cupof pepper
Take a big mixing bowl and add anchor bread crumbs and heavy cream. Mix well.
Add apples, onions, fat cubes, blood, black pepper, salt and porcini powder and mix well.
Fill in the casings and cook them in stock on a low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes.
